Poore attends Carolina Sizzler at Charlotte

Taking part in the inaugural Carolina Sizzler, Terry Poore trekked to The Dirt Track at Charlotte (Concord, N.C.) on Saturday afternoon for the doubleheader weekend. With a stout field of 63 American Crate All-Star Series entries on hand for the $2,000-to-win opener, Poore was only able to compete in time trials on Saturday after time constraints forced officials to align the starting grid based off qualifying results. He clocked in 30th fastest in his group.

On Sunday afternoon, Terry timed in 19th fastest in his group in time trials, sending him into the B-Main for one final shot at the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Needing to place fourth or better, Poore logged an 11th-place outing.
